Due to Covid: We're Unzipping to Our Roots of Online Philly Weirdness [Shhhh! We want to return later as a small horror press TBA]!

Hello all!

Due to being a professor and working on my own publishing career and to not having a staff during the health break; PFI is moving back to  our bare bones of posting a few wonderful weird pieces online.

I have a good feeling about it also being involved with The Philadelphia Writers' Conference and their Online Couch Cons and creative classes during the absence of their brick and mortar teaching spaces for inspiration. I also have a copy of some weird zines that I read as a young adult that have returned to print to inspire the madness and mayhem of this flash zine and its participants.

With this said/typed, I feel like a small anthology of what we get from submissions will eventually get into a mini mag of some sort eventually...I welcome it and not having a date at all in mind for deadline.

We will not be offering cash or cards for accepted subs at the moment but eventually when we get that inferno spiraling with the basic theme of the seven deadliest again, with an ongoing reading period; I feel like a few winners will float to the top quickly like Stephen King's IT put his spin on it.

when we are ready in those cases those mentioned will be alerted of them most likely getting the first features in the mini pulp mag.

But for now...we are going to clear the slate of the past...

Let's have fun without issues and have minos place you lovingly in his circles.

For Subs: SEE SUB GUIDELINES IN THE FIRERY DEMON HEADER. READ SIDEBARS FOR HELLISHLY HELPFUL NOTES, AND ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO JUMPS IN HERE HEAD FIRST.
